Result: Win 3-1

On Saturday 21st June an 8 strong team played the first friendly match away at the 9 hole course at Amida in Twickenham.

Format for the day was 4 ball better ball match play and the Richmond Park team played convincingly to win 3-1. Thanks to all who played.

The team received a very warm welcome from the Amida Ladies and we look forward to meeting up again in 2009.

The inaugural match between Richmond Park and Amida (Twickenham) took place at Richmond Park on Prince’s Course on 22nd September 2007.

A 4 ball better ball match play was played with ¾ difference in handicap. Six members of each club took part.

Representing Richmond Park were:

 Game 1  Janet Fox & Jayne Maxwell – result halved
 Game 2  Cheryl Woodhouse & Inge Mitchell – result halved
 Game 3  Louise Williams and Susan Smith – result 8&6

The return match will be played in 2008.
