Ladies SPRING Weekend Away - Report
22-24 March

28 people played on a very cold wet weekend in glorious Goodwood. Compared with 90% of the rest of the country which was snow bound, we were lucky to play at all and we had a great weekend.

Playing on two very different courses, we were subject to different golfing challenges which tested our skills and endurance. The Downs course had stunning views with steep undulations and sloping greens. The Park course was long and muddy!

It did not stop Gina, however, who had a fantastic second day on The Park and was our overall winner of the Lockie Trophy which she has held for the second year running. Well done to Val as well coming in with a very credible score on The Downs course on Saturday. Paul Grand also had a successful golfing weekend with two good scores over two rounds.
