Ladies SPRING Weekend Away - Report
4-6 April
It was Richmond Park’s second visit to Tudor Park, near Maidstone with 24 people attending, with Fiona and Nina experiencing their first weekend away. Fortunately, the weather held for Sunday’s final game with a tightly fought leader board for the Men and Ladies.
The overall Ladies winner was Val Riziotis on a count-back over Jayne Maxwell who made it a sporting finish with an eagle and 5 points.
Thank you to Veronica who organised the event and managed to secure a significant amount of prize money that covered the sweep and a number of bottles of alcohol to present to winners. It was a marathon effort considering the difficulty of walking on crutches.
