New Handicapping Rules

On 1st March new handicapping rules were introduced by England Golf and the other national golf unions. With thanks to Paul Grand who had many exchanges of email traffic with the HandicapMaster team the Club is fully compliant with the new rules.

For us as players it is a case of business as usual and we must continue to enter our cards via the screen at the Park.

For the benefit of those who are not too familiar with the system it is important to know that CSS is a calculated number that takes account of all the scores in a competition, therefore to be accurate we must have all scores recorded, included the dreaded 'no return' cards.
