Ladies SPRING Weekend Away - Report
5-7 April
The Ladies Spring Weekend Away 5-7th April 2019 at Donnington Valley with 3 rounds of golf was fun, dry and enjoyable. There were 19 ladies competing for the Lockie Trophy over the 2 days with Christine Stewart the winner who played and scored well across both days with a combined total of 58. Jayne Maxwell was 3rd with 55 and Deborah Potter 2nd on 56, so all very close up to the end.
The 9 men had a runaway winner Jon Cooper on 66 with Peter Harrington 2nd on 59 after he made the the highest score of the entire weekend on Saturday.
The weekend was organised by Cheryl with help from the Lady Captain over the weekend and appreciated by all.
